Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Amberiya. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@amberiya.com or WhatsApp with the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for the return
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@amberiya.com. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
- Opened or used perfumes: Due to the nature of our products, once a perfume has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items: Perfumes that have been personalized, engraved, or specially ordered cannot be returned.
- Sample-sized products: Perfume samples and testers are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
- Hazardous materials: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not see your refund after 15 business days from the approval, please contact us at info@amberiya.com.

- Consumer Protection: In compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection, returns or refunds are allowed within a 14-day period for certain items, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and certain beauty products are exempt from returns once opened or used.
